If an issue occurs before the product is shipped, it will get fixed right away and no charge will be added to your order. Once the product is shipped, it is out of my hands. This includes any vinyl issues that occur from washing the product.

To wash the clothing products it is best to wash them inside out. With this being said, the clothing can still go in with your regular laundry.
