If an issue occurs before the item is shipped, it will get fixed immediately and no extra charge will be added to your order. If the item is shipped it is out of my hands. This includes any issues with vinyl that are a result of washing the clothing.

To wash the clothing, it's best if it's turned inside out. This also allows you to still wash it with your other laundry.
